52 books – 2010
Jan 23, 2011 by tippi+ella
And here is the 2010 book list!
A fairly random assortment of books, picked up from flea-markets, the library, from friends or by suggestion from friends, and a few that had been on my to-read list for a while. I tried to arrange them in correct order but they refused to stay that way (but if you look at the page in the menu to the right they are in the right order). I’ll try to update with comments about each of the books eventually. ;)
What are your favourite books? Have you read any of the books on this list?

I haven’t read any of them. That’s a little sad.
One of my “resolutions” (or plans) is to read more books in 2011.
How is this book? http://tippiella.com/2011/01/52-books-2010/norway-2/
That book was actually really funny! I picked it up quite randomly at an antiquarian book sale, it’s a travel book written in 1950 for English-speaking travellers in Norway. On one hand it’s always interesting to see outsiders’ perspectives on your own country, but as this was written just a few years after the war it was obviously quite different from how we live now, so I found myself laughing and nodding in recognition at some parts, and having no idea what the author was talking about in other parts.
My favourite books of the ones I read last year are these:
